Washing instructions?

It is advisable to bring your Quarzia silk piece to the laundry and ask for a dry clean. Still if you want to wash it yourself, avoid machines and wash it by hand in cold or slightly lukewarm water. Most importantly dry it in the shade.

What shipping methods are available?

QUARZIA.IT ships worldwide using EMS postal service. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Orders are exempt VAT (Value Added Tax) but are subject to import fees. Payment of these import fees is the sole responsibility of the Client. 

How long will it take to get my package?

Generally within 7 days. Maybe quicker! Average transit times are: America, Europe, Africa 6-7 days, Australia, Asia 4-5 days.

Can I return an item?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange, store credit or partial refund within 7 days of the delivery date. The security tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Read all the details here.
