Return Policy
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories received with the order.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. QUARZIA reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorising a return.
QUARZIA reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorised and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy.
To request a return authorisation number (RAN) write an email to malas@quarzia.it with your order reference number and your QUARZIA login name with the description of the item you want to return and the desired type of return. You will receive an email from QUARZIA with your RAN number and instruction for the return shipment.
The two types of Returns are:
Size Exchange
Client must pay return shipping costs. Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same item is available. QUARZIA will pay the second shipment.
Partial Refund
In case that a refund is requested, the cost of shipping and any import fees are the responsibility of the Client. The amount will be deducted from the final refund. Refund will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted. Orders paid by PayPal or Credit Card will be refunded to the original account previews deduction of the commission applied by PayPal or Credit Card at the moment of purchase. All refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the order delivery date.
