Shipment and Fees

Shipping cost is only 400.000 IDR, always and to everywhere!
Orders are exempt VAT (Value Added Tax) but are subject to import fees.
Payment of these import fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.

QUARZIA.IT ships worldwide using EMS postal service.
QUARZIA.IT does not deliver to P.O.Boxes.

Shipment Date

AVAILABLE ITEMS: Items that are already available will be shipped in 5-7 business days following order completion. In case of no inventory available, production time will be a maximum of 15 working days from the order.

We remind the first-time Clients that QUARZIA.IT can request PayPal to double-check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.

QUARZIA.IT shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of QUARZIA.

When the order is shipped, Clients will receive an email from QUARZIA specifying the EMS tracking number with a direct link to the website to monitor the shipment status.

QUARZIA.IT shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost for the Client. Once the shipment reaches destination, the goods are no longer insured.
